Manuscript Acceptance Policy

Double-Blind Peer Review

The key aspect of the process is to publish an article with reviews. It enables an author to make an article decision and enables the author to improve the manuscript. The research publication drives the dual-blind review process.

The author(s) identity is removed from the manuscript and protected by critics during the review process. The manuscript is left only without any information that the reviewer will enable him / her to be identified by the author(s). Removed information includes author(s) name, address / contact, country, phone / fax and email. Any information contained in the acknowledgment and declaration of interest leading to the disclosure of the author's identity will be removed from the manuscript before it is sent to the reviewers.

Manuscripts are reserved for members of the journal's editorial board or other qualified reviewers. Critics make one of the following suggestions:

  1. 1. Accepted as it is.
  2. 2. Minor corrections are required.
  3. 3. Major revision is required.
  4. 4. Rejected.

The review reports will be sent to the authors. Although, the identity of the reviewers will be removed from the review statements. The author(s) have only review reports / recommendations without any information that will help him / her reveal the identity of the reviewers. At least two review reports are required for one manuscript.

Once the author (s) receive the revised manuscript, the original manuscript, the revised manuscript and the review report are sent to the editor.

"Accept" or "Reject" a manuscript, an editor has the authority to make decision. If a manuscript is "accepted", the manuscript is processed for publication. If a manuscript is rejected, the authors will be notified of this decision and will not be processed further into the manuscript.

Submission, Novelty, and Copyright

Manuscripts are accepted for publication subject to the understanding that Skylark owns the rights to the first publication. Submitting a manuscript to Skyler indicates the author's commitment to publish in this publication. Skylark does not review any known paper in the review of another journal. In addition, the Skylark is not a suitable place for products published elsewhere, in whole or in partially. Authors may be asked to make a statement of innovation regarding their skylark submission and other advertised or published work. upon release, all rights, including subsidiary rights, belong to Skyler. The author reserves the right to use his or her article free of charge in any book in which he or she is the author or the author after it has been published in the journal and after obtaining permission.

Plagiarism Alert

Contributors are suggested to stick to strict academic ethics with respect to acknowledgment of the original thoughts adopt from others. The editors will not be liable for such lapse of the contributor. All submissions must be original, and your review article must be accompanied by a statement stating that it is an original work, not published anywhere else. If anything, it is your full responsibility for such shortcomings. Neither the author nor the publisher will be responsible for it.
